In Word, I have a long document and need to replace many occurrences of, for example: Figure 1, Figure 2, Reference 1, Table 1. They are all there I need to find and replace them all with exactly what they are now, but in italics. Is there a way to do this without doing a find and replace on Figure 1 then a find and replace on Table one etc. There should be a way (using wild cards?) to just find, for example the word "figure" and tell Word to change that and the next word with italics. Can anyone help me please?
