My boyfriends family hates me. What should i do?

So I've been dating my boyfriend for like 5 months and he's been to my house and my family likes him. But apperently his uncle whose very close with the rest of his family does'nt like me. My best friend is dating his cousin and just recently moved in with him. They LOVEEE her and she has them wrapped around her little finger. I mean his aunt, grandma and even i think his other aunt like me but it just seems as though his uncle does'nt. I mean one time after comeing over my best friend told me that his uncle didnt want me and my bf hanging out alone in the game room anymore or that they dont want to see us kissing anymore(which i can understand) and so I was like whatever I'll spend more time with his family and we wont kiss in front of them anymore. But now the last time I came over his uncle told my friend he doesnt want me there unless its to hang out with my friend he said that if i wanted to hang with my bf then i should go to his house. Should i try to make his family like me? Or should I just say f*** it? I mean I have my own house we can just chill there.
