Do you underline the CIA world fact book in an MLA format essay?

I'm writing a research paper on hunger in El Salvador. It has to be in MLA format. I have a source from the CIA world fact book, and i was wondering how to punctuate it. Underline, Italics, Quotes? thanks in advance :)
