When quoting someone in a book, do I need any type of copyright release?
I'm writing a book of poetry. In one poem, I quote the Everly Brothers song lines "wake up, little Suzy" in italics. I've seen other authors use several quotes in their publications, i.e., Wayne Dwyer. What copyright requirements do I need for publication?
